Author Guidelines

• 📄 Abstract Template: Abstracts should be written using the Conference Template (A4 size) and must strictly follow the formatting instructions provided.
• 📂 File Type & Size: Submissions must be made through Microsoft CMT. File size should not exceed 3 MB and must be uploaded as a single PDF file.

Peer Review Policy

We invite submissions of technical abstracts that offer long-term value and contribute to the advancement of the scientific community.

To ensure all published work can be reliably referenced and cited, we implement a thorough peer-review system. Qualified reviewers, carefully selected by conference organizers and editors based on their expertise, will evaluate each submission following ethical guidelines and industry standards.

All abstracts undergo a double-blind review, focusing on originality, technical accuracy, and clarity. The technical committee will make final decisions based on reviewer feedback. This comprehensive process guarantees the quality and credibility of the submitted abstracts.

Submission of Abstract

The abstract shall be written in and be written in Times New Roman, single line spacing and in accordance with the following guidelines:

1. Title (16 font size, Bold)
2. Author Name (12 font size)
3. Author Affiliation (10 font size, Italic)
4. Full Abstract (250-300 Words) (12 font size)
5. Keywords (Maximum 5) (12 font size)
6. Name of the presenting author (underlined) with email address (12 font size)
